Business Development Manager - AI & RPA Solutions

About the role

ICIL Technologies, a Karachi-based company specializing in artificial intelligence and robotic process automation (RPA), is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager for its Karachi division. The role identifies and develops new business opportunities for its AI and RPA solutions, from prospecting clients to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and track sales performance while maintaining an accurate pipeline.
• Provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Prior experience in B2B technology or solution sales is strongly preferred; experience in regional or international markets is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently on-site, managing multiple opportunities and priorities.

Required skills

• Lead generation, pipeline management and contract negotiation.
• Market research and analysis of industry trends to identify target segments and revenue opportunities.
• Familiarity with technology solutions, preferably AI, automation or RPA, and the ability to translate technical benefits into business value.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, working cross-functionally.
