Business Development Manager – CCTV Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of our CCTV solutions portfolio across Pakistan, focusing on key accounts such as system integrators, large installers and end‑users. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pre‑ and post‑sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with major CCTV customers, primarily system integrators, large installers and final clients.
• Lead and coordinate the local system‑integrator sales team to achieve targets.
• Achieve annual sales goals while monitoring gross profit margins.
• Support customers during design, integration and implementation phases.
• Identify, track and advance opportunities from initial contact to closed‑won stage.
• Gather customer feedback to influence new product development.
• Increase market share by securing additional projects within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security and CCTV market.
• Strong network with system integrators and established presence among end‑users.
• Proven ability to work independently, motivate teams and meet time‑sensitive sales targets.
• Excellent public speaking, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and capable of driving business growth autonomously.
