Business Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Hotel One Vogue Islamabad is seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales, increase room occupancy, maximise banquet and event revenue, and strengthen the hotel’s presence in the Islamabad hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve room, banquet and overall revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business from corporate organisations, government departments, embassies, NGOs, airlines and travel partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key corporate clients, negotiate rate agreements and manage key accounts.
• Promote banquet halls, meeting rooms and event spaces, coordinating with operations to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments, preparing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales or business development experience with internationally recognised hotel brands.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the hospitality sector.
• Established network with corporate, government, embassy, NGO and travel trade accounts in Islamabad.

Required skills

• CRM management and sales reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel PMS/CRM systems.
