Business Development Manager – Hospitality (South Region)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales and strategic partnerships for our hospitality operations in the southern region of Karachi. The role focuses on driving room revenue, expanding the corporate client base, and ensuring high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet room revenue and business targets.
• Identify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts, government contracts, travel agents, and business partners.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate agreements and commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5‑7+ years of sales or business development experience in international hotel chains.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage key accounts across Islamabad and surrounding regions.
