Business Development Manager – HR Consultancy

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its HR consultancy division. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients and promoting a full suite of HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and prepare business proposals.
• Promote HR services such as recruitment, executive search, payroll outsourcing, staffing, and workforce solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing or outsourcing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
• Strong networking, client acquisition and relationship‑management capabilities.
