Business Development Manager - HRMS/SaaS

About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced, results‑driven Business Development Manager – HRMS/SaaS to take ownership of the complete sales cycle for our HRMS SaaS product. This is a high‑impact founding sales role where you will work directly with the Founder/CEO and play a key role in driving new client acquisition and shaping our go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Connect with HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, Operations Managers, and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct HRMS SaaS product demos and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers.
• Track competitor pricing, customer objections, market trends, and feature gaps.
• Share market insights directly with the Founder/Product team.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in HR‑Tech, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience conducting SaaS product demos.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate with decision‑makers.
