Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will be based in Pakistan and will drive growth for BIMS Enterprises by identifying new opportunities, building long‑term client relationships and delivering tailored research solutions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations and quotations for prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, follow‑ups and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with research and operations teams to design solutions and ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and prepare regular performance reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and client visits.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management or consulting.
• Background in market research or data‑driven decision‑making, preferably across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, banking, telecom and related sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field; master’s degree or certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and technology‑enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with digital communication and reporting tools.
