Business Development Manager

About the role

Nexus-Hybrids is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for its technology and digital marketing services. Based on-site in Sialkot, you will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and shape solutions that align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design tailored solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report performance metrics to leadership.
• Represent Nexus-Hybrids at client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or digital services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to use data and market insights for strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and willing to work on‑site in Sialkot.
