Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Business Development Manager with a strong civil engineering background to drive new construction projects and lead their execution from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and secure new commercial, industrial and infrastructure contracts through direct client engagement and tendering.
• Prepare competitive proposals and bids by reviewing BOQs, architectural and structural drawings.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, managing schedules, budgets, site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registration required).
• 6–10 years of combined experience in civil project execution and technical sales/business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and close high‑value B2B projects.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedule management.
• BOQ estimation and familiarity with FIDIC/local contract types.
• Interpretation of structural drawings and construction methodologies.
