About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and stay abreast of market trends. The role requires a proactive approach to develop and grow the business efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably 1–2 years.
• Strong understanding of business development and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel for business meetings and networking events.
