Business Development Manager – Night Shift

About the role

WADIC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead night‑shift sales initiatives, acquire international clients and grow revenue through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets across North America, Europe and other global markets.
• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, freelancing platforms and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation to deal closure—while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements to ensure profitable, long‑term relationships.
• Maintain and optimise company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and track bidding performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and project teams to align sales opportunities with technical capabilities.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B software sales or IT business development.
• Successful track record of acquiring international clients and meeting sales targets.
• Hands‑on experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and outbound sales techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
