Business Development Manager (On‑Site, Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our on‑site team. The role focuses on driving new client acquisition through email campaigns, Upwork proposals, LinkedIn outreach and targeted lead generation, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns and outreach sequences.
• Prepare and submit proposals, manage bidding activities on Upwork.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach, build prospect lists and run lead‑generation initiatives.
• Research and maintain accurate prospect data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) for content creation, research and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and follow SOPs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Quick learner who adapts to new processes and tools.
• Positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Canva.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with email‑marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead).
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding is a plus.
