Business Development Manager – Precast Manufacturing

About the role

Jersey Precast seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead feasibility and market analysis for establishing precast manufacturing operations in Pakistan. Based in Karachi, the role involves site assessments, stakeholder engagement and delivering investment recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies for new precast plants, including site selection and industrial zone evaluation.
• Conduct in‑depth market research on demand, customers, competitors and pricing.
• Identify anchor customers, strategic partners and early business opportunities.
• Analyse industrial zones for land, utilities, logistics, labor and environmental factors.
• Investigate government incentives, concessions and approval processes.
• Develop detailed financial models covering CAPEX, OPEX, revenue and working capital.
• Present go/no‑go investment recommendations and support project implementation.

Required profile

• Civil or Mechanical Engineering background with strong business judgment.
• Proven experience in market assessment, site evaluation and financial modelling.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external experts.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
