Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Business Development Manager to drive growth for our fast‑moving sales pipeline. In this remote, full‑time position you will generate leads, close deals, and build strategic relationships that scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Respond to incoming leads with urgency, ensuring zero delays in communication and follow‑up.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market demand to continuously refine the sales approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in a Business Development, Account Executive or similar sales role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a room and craft compelling pitches.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can manage a rapid sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of handling objections and closing high‑value deals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as GHL, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
