Business Development Manager – SecOps

About the role

The Business Development Manager – SecOps will be responsible for hunting new security‑operations opportunities and expanding Fortinet’s installed base within customers’ SecOps infrastructures. You will leverage your network, create account‑specific SecOps messaging, and work closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Enterprise Sales teams to build account‑specific SecOps messaging.
• Participate in account planning sessions and own related actions.
• Develop revenue and non‑revenue business plans with Enterprise and regional sales districts.
• Collaborate with Channel BDM and EMEA teams to align SecOps initiatives with channel and regional priorities.
• Provide ongoing sales training to Enterprise sales teams.
• Partner with Fortinet marketing and engineering to accelerate regional revenue.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of large‑account or enterprise sales experience.
• 3+ years of SecOps service selling experience.
• Proven ability to address customer buying centres and build business/marketing plans.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a hunter mentality, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• College or university degree preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
