Business Development Manager – Staff Outsourcing & Augmentation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our staff outsourcing and staff augmentation division. Based in Islamabad, you will drive growth by acquiring new clients across the UK, GCC and Pakistan and by nurturing long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the outsourcing and augmentation services.
• Identify and target potential clients in the UK, GCC and Pakistan across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for staffing needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to source and onboard top talent for client projects.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Represent the company at networking events and conferences to expand the client base.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within IT or staffing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the staff outsourcing and augmentation market in Pakistan.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
