Business Development Manager – Telecom Channel Sales

About the role

Kacific Broadband Satellites is seeking a Business Development Manager – Telecom Channel Sales to drive the expansion of its satellite broadband services across Pakistan. The role focuses on building retail networks, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring high‑quality service activations while complying with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive month‑over‑month growth in new site activations for Gigstarter satellite broadband plans across targeted regions.
• Own revenue generation targets, ensuring timely collection from partners and clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, converting Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads and closed activations.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for Managed Service Partners, meeting deployment and support KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail ISP partners and Kacific Authorized Distributors, especially in underserved areas.
• Lead regular face‑to‑face partner review meetings to track opportunities and advance the pipeline.
• Develop and deliver technical and commercial training to retail partners on Kacific’s satellite broadband solutions.
• Coordinate promoter activities, marketing roadshows, and sales events to boost activation rates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Urdu and English with strong communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Pakistan’s connectivity market and telecom regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical product knowledge into clear customer benefits.
• Experience in channel sales and partner relationship management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across major and underserved cities.
