About the role

We are looking for a confident, professional and results‑oriented Business Development Officer to join eSquall Technologies. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs and driving business development to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone calls and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Conduct follow‑up and manage leads effectively.
  • Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent professional email‑writing ability.
  • Confident and presentable personality.
  • Strong client‑handling and relationship‑management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of business development and sales processes.
  • Strong follow‑up and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized and target‑oriented.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales or client management is preferred.
