Business Development Officer – Field Sales

About the role

Join Pakistan's largest microfinance bank as a Business Development Officer, working directly in the field to help small businesses and micro‑entrepreneurs access essential financial services. This front‑line sales position offers a clear path to leadership and uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new current accounts for traders, shopkeepers and micro‑entrepreneurs in your assigned zone.
• Issue and activate debit cards, onboard customers to the mobile banking app, and deploy POS machines and QR‑code payment solutions.
• Promote bancassurance products to protect customers and expand the bank’s service portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA or equivalent); final‑year students are considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, banking, FMCG, telecom or other customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, fluency in Urdu and proficiency with a smartphone.

Required skills
