About the role
ClearPath Orthodontics is expanding its international partnerships team in the clear aligner space. The Business Development Officer will be the first point of contact for international partners, helping to grow the global network of orthodontists, dental labs, DSOs and aligner companies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with orthodontists, labs, and aligner brands worldwide.
- Conduct structured, professional outreach via LinkedIn.
- Engage in genuine conversations and qualify business opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings with international partners and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update partner information.
- Research new markets and potential collaborations.
Required profile
- Fluent, clear, and professional English communication.
- Understanding of LinkedIn B2B outreach and consistent follow‑up practices.
- Ability to research and evaluate international business profiles.
- Confidence speaking with healthcare professionals.
- Preferred background in dentistry (BDS) or related healthcare field.
- Experience in business development, international sales, recruitment/headhunting, or SaaS lead generation.
