Business Development Officer

About the role

PIB Pvt Ltd. assists clients with Australian, Canadian and US immigration pathways and visit visas. We are looking for a Business Development Officer to guide applicants through case requirements, prepare accurate documentation and ensure confidential, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through visa and immigration application processes, explaining requirements and procedural steps clearly.
• Review application forms and supporting documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, checklists, records, and case updates.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues within agreed timelines.
• Track case progress and communicate status updates, deadlines, and next steps to clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of visa application documentation and processes for Australia, Canada, or the United States.
• Strong document review skills with ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Clear written and verbal communication for explaining requirements and following up with clients.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines.
