Business Development Officer (Jhang)

About the role

HitroTech Telecom is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive sales of ONIC Telecom products and services in Jhang. This full‑time, on‑site role involves direct interaction with customers, retailers, and potential partners to expand the market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new customers and business opportunities for ONIC SIMs, packages, and related services.
• Achieve monthly activation and sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, businesses, retailers, and partners.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and submit regular performance reports.
• Work independently in the field to meet assigned targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and customer acquisition abilities.
• Effective negotiation and convincing capabilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and handle lead generation.
