Business Development Officer (Outbound Sales)

About the role

Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Officer focused on outbound sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging C‑suite executives through cold calls and leveraging professional networks such as LinkedIn. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with top‑level (C‑suite) managers through cold calling and outbound calls.
• Source leads via multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
• Follow up regularly to qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and support overall sales growth.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and reach out to new potential clients.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or experienced candidate.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to build and maintain client relationships.
