Business Development Officer (Remote)

About the role

UK Sentinel Security Ltd is looking for a Business Development Officer to expand its client base across the United Kingdom while working remotely from Pakistan. The role focuses on generating new security service opportunities and building partnerships with UK firms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential UK clients in construction, commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, events, logistics and related sectors.
• Locate UK security companies that may need subcontractors, additional manpower or local support.
• Conduct lead generation, prospecting and B2B outreach via LinkedIn, email and telephone.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
• Maintain accurate lead, contact and follow‑up records in CRM systems.
• Work UK business hours, managing prospects, follow‑ups and deadlines independently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently, organise time effectively and handle multiple prospects.
• Familiarity with UK market dynamics in security services is a plus.

What we offer
