Business Development Officer – Used Japanese Cars

About the role

BRAVO MALIK CO., LTD, a Japan-based wholesaler of used Japanese cars, is hiring an International Business Development Executive and Customer Handler in Lahore. You will grow the business by finding new opportunities in the used Japanese car market and act as the main point of contact for local and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins, guiding customers through vehicle specs, auction details and the purchase process
• Resolve pre-sale and post-sale concerns quickly to maintain high satisfaction
• Pursue new leads in the used Japanese car market, at home and abroad
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and vehicle presentation to closing deals
• Nurture existing clients for repeat business, upgrades and referrals
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and international vehicle demand
• Prepare accurate sales and customer interaction reports

Required profile

• Experience in automotive sales, customer service or client-facing roles
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Deep knowledge of cars, especially Japanese domestic models
• Team player with strong organization, patience and time management

Required skills

• Excellent English communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, active listening and relationship building

What we offer

• Basic pay of PKR 35,000 - 40,000, with earnings of up to PKR 500,000 per month through commissions and upselling
• Shift of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one meal provided
