Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative to drive our outbound growth. You will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and engaging key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn/social media outreach.
• Identify and build relationships with decision‑makers and influencers in target organisations.
• Research target accounts to understand industry landscape, operational needs and pain points.
• Design and manage multi‑channel outreach sequences, nurturing leads through the qualification funnel.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all sales activities and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide field feedback and refine targeting strategies.
• Assist senior sales in complex negotiations, deal structuring and contract finalisation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales, lead generation or high‑volume customer‑facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical sales experience.
• Resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and driven by data, metrics and commissions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with sales acceleration tools like Outreach.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 150,000 per month (scales to PKR 200,000 after 90 days).
• Uncapped commission structure with on‑target earnings up to PKR 400,000+ per month.
