Business Development Representative

About the role

CoRecruit is looking for energetic Business Development Representatives to fuel its sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone, engaging recruitment firm leaders, uncovering their challenges, and creating qualified conversations that feed the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make hundreds of outbound calls daily using the Nooks parallel dialer and LinkedIn Voice Notes.
• Engage gatekeepers, transfer to decision‑makers, leave voicemails, and handle objections.
• Build and maintain a clean pipeline of qualified leads for Account Executives.
• Log all activities in HubSpot CRM and track personal metrics in Google Sheets.
• Continuously refine outreach tactics based on coaching and performance data.

Required profile

• Enjoys phone conversations and is comfortable with frequent rejection.
• Proven cold‑calling experience with a track record of generating meetings.
• Highly motivated by targets, obsessively tracks metrics, and celebrates wins.
• Coachable, organized, and able to manage own follow‑ups and calendar.
• Bias toward action and thrives in a collaborative sales environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) for activity logging and lead tracking.
• Experience with a parallel dialer such as Nooks, Outreach, or Apollo.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for metric calculation and data management.
• Cold‑calling and outbound prospecting techniques.
