Business Development Representative - USA Campaign

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, helping them focus on patient care while billing, compliance and collections are handled by its team of certified billing specialists, coders and revenue experts. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Lahore to support a USA campaign, working with potential clients in the U.S. healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, and conduct inside sales activities.
• Manage outbound calls and emails to potential clients in the U.S. healthcare market.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, and schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for senior sales staff.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into opportunities.
• Understand client needs and present Keystone Medics' RCM and billing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a business development, sales or call center role, preferably in healthcare or related services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, with experience building a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Proven sales and business development capability, including converting leads into opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with U.S.-based clients.
• Comfort with CRM and sales tools, and strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
