Business Development Specialist – Final Expense Closer (Night Shift)

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to close Final Expense insurance policies on a night‑shift schedule at its Saddar Rawalpindi office. The role focuses on converting leads handed over by appointment setters into high‑value sales while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales generated by appointment setters and lead specialists.
• Handle objections professionally and stay within insurance regulations.
• Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage clearly to secure customer commitment.
• Accurately record closed sales in the CRM and coordinate handoffs with the verification team.
• Maintain a high close rate, meet daily/weekly targets, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Work overtime or additional training sessions when required to achieve performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Final Expense closer.
• Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven attitude with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to work night shifts; regular students are not eligible.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
