About the role

This night‑shift, office‑based position is for a Business Development Specialist who will support My Credentialing & Billing LLC’s growth in the healthcare sector. Based in Chandani Chowk, Rawalpindi, the role focuses on creating and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to guide decision‑making.
• Create marketing materials and coordinate promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales planning, client relationship management, and new‑business development.
• Background in market research, analysis, and creation of marketing collateral.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Track record in sales and marketing, preferably within healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Call‑center experience is a plus.
