About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive acquisition and growth of new business through proactive sales activities. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals while staying informed about market trends.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain key customer relationships.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Stay up‑to‑date with current market conditions and industry trends.

Required profile

Motivated, organized and creative individual.
Proven experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
At least 3 years of sales or account‑management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
