Business Development Specialist

About the role

Ghaniverse is a technology company focused on artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, digital products and IoT. It is hiring a Business Development Specialist to work full time on site in Gulgasht Colony, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads.
• Support sales pipelines through outreach, presentations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with Ghaniverse's AI, automation and digital solutions, and contribute to proposals and pricing discussions.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools, track performance metrics and report regularly on business development progress.
• Respond to client inquiries, support customer success efforts and represent Ghaniverse at meetings, events and demos.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on site in Gulgasht Colony, manage time effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management in technology or related sectors is beneficial.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Lead generation: prospecting, outreach and nurturing potential clients.
