Business Development Specialist – Upwork Bidding (Onsite)

About the role

We are a technology‑driven company developing AI‑powered software solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will focus on identifying and winning new projects through Upwork and other B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork and assess their suitability.
• Prepare and submit customized, compelling proposals that match client requirements.
• Generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
• Analyse client needs and collaborate with the technical team to create accurate project estimates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of bids, leads and client responses.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development.
• Based in Faisalabad and willing to work fully onsite.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and confident in client communication.
• Ability to research, identify and qualify project opportunities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform and its bidding process.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑generation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proposal writing and client‑handling abilities.
