Business Growth Executive

About the role

The Business Growth Executive will drive new business opportunities in the Saudi market for Hexalyze Consulting Services. You will focus on proactive outreach, lead generation and nurturing relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing, networking and market research.
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls and other channels, and schedule meetings to present service offerings.
• Maintain and update CRM records, tracking interactions and pipeline stages.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and closure of deals.
• Prepare regular reports and documentation related to sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation and qualification.
• Strong telemarketing and cold‑calling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle customers and build lasting relationships.
• Competence in reporting and documentation.
• Preferred: Arabic language proficiency for the Saudi region.
• Preferred: Negotiation and persuasion skills.
