Business Innovation Manager – Molecular Diagnostics

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is seeking a Business Innovation Manager for its Molecular Lab. Based in Karachi, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that translate scientific data into commercial success for diagnostic products.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan and coordinate product launches, promotions and scientific training for the sales force.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, manage the allocated A&P budget, and co‑create initiatives with Medical, Sales and Clinical Value Marketing teams.
• Identify and engage strategic partners (e.g., ministries, insurers, NGOs) to improve patient access.
• Source, analyze and present market insights, competitor intelligence and pricing data to support business cases.
• Adapt global campaign assets into locally relevant promotional and educational materials.
• Lead HCP and institutional marketing activities, KOL engagement and speaker programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date disease and product knowledge to support internal and external training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or brand management within diagnostics, healthcare or related scientific fields.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical data and market trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
