Business Manager / Head of Sales & Services – AIS

About the role

The Business Manager / Head of Sales & Services – AIS will lead nationwide sales and service operations for biomedical equipment, driving growth and ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and service teams to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans and service improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence nationwide.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complex sales and technical service issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee after‑sales services, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to spot growth opportunities.
• Track sales performance, service quality and key business indicators, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering; B.E./B.S. in Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales and service operations within the biomedical equipment or medical technology industry.
• Proven track record in sales management, customer relationship management and after‑sales service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead nationwide teams and achieve business targets.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Pakistan as required.
