About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Business Manager to support a leading real‑estate development client. The role involves business planning, research, stakeholder coordination and preparation of strategic documents.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on markets, industries and potential opportunities.
- Prepare business documents, reports, proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal and external resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely follow‑up on actions.
- Incorporate financial information into business models, feasibility studies and management reports.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field; finance background is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in business management, development or consulting, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
