Cabin Crew Member – Multan

About the role

The airline is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to act as brand ambassadors, ensuring passenger safety, comfort and a positive travel experience throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, perform safety checks and instruct passengers on emergency procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist with boarding, handle onboard sales and manage cash/credit transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight equipment checks, support cabin cleaning and catering handovers, and complete post‑flight reports.
• Identify safety or security risks, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor or captain.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Age 20‑33, height minimum 160 cm (female) / 170 cm (male), clear skin, medically fit and able to use a flotation device.
• Friendly, calm under pressure, strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, extended hours and adapt to frequent schedule changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
