Call Center Agent – Outbound Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our USA & Canada outbound sales campaigns. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who have excellent English communication skills and are willing to work the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
• Promote company products and services professionally.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Intermediate, O/A Levels, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
