Call Center Closer (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Closer to join our USA & Canada campaign in Lahore. The role operates on a night shift (Monday‑Saturday, 8 PM‑5 AM) and focuses on converting inbound interest into successful sales through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Engage professionally with potential customers via outbound calls.
• Present products and services while handling inquiries effectively.
• Maintain company quality standards and policies during each interaction.
• Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a call‑center sales or closing role.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
