Call Center Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bahawalpur. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and delivering accurate information about our digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate information about services and solutions.
• Resolve issues promptly and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff following established procedures.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
• Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain consistent attendance and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer service or support.
• Strong commitment to high customer satisfaction and best‑practice service delivery.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a call centre or service desk is preferred; experience in digital services or marketing is a plus.
