About the role

The University of Greater Manchester, Islamabad is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to manage the admissions communication pipeline. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on designated numbers with professionalism and speed.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about programmes, services, and admission procedures.
• Record all call activity in a central database for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct follow‑up outreach to potential leads, using persuasive techniques to encourage application completion.
• Respond to website Live Chat inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout every stage of the admissions process.

Required profile
