About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our Australian inbound campaign based in Lahore. The role involves handling customer inquiries in English without cold‑calling, providing professional support to callers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from Australian customers and address their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Deliver high‑quality service while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if they possess strong communication abilities.
