Call Center Representative

About the role

Vertical Edge is expanding its US‑based campaign and is looking for energetic Call Center Representatives in Karachi. You will work night shifts to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships through high‑volume outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Acquire new clients and manage existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sales calls.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, BPO, or Call Center environments (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
