Call Center Representative – Remote Cold Caller (UK/US markets)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join NoDelay AI’s outbound sales team. You will engage prospects in the UK and US markets, turning initial objections into successful sales. This is a remote position that requires a strong phone presence and a passion for hitting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to qualified leads following provided scripts.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead information in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to refine pitch strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of cold‑calling experience, preferably in the UK or US market.
• Fluent, confident English with a strong phone presence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working UK/US hours.
• Reliable laptop, headset, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
