Call Center Representative (Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join Zameen.com’s sales team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, understand their needs and guide them through the property selection and purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads for property units.
• Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for interested clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow‑up on evolving requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
