Call Center Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer‑focused Call Center Sales Agent to join our telecom sales team. The role involves promoting and selling telecom products, handling customer queries, and building strong relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell telecom products, packages, and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, follow‑ups, referrals, and occasional visits.
• Explain plans, offers, pricing, and service details clearly and professionally.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable packages or services.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections politely and professionally.
• Process sales orders, customer activations, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions, leads, follow‑ups, and sales activity.
• Follow company scripts, sales guidelines, and service standards.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for activation, follow‑up, and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in call centre, telesales, telecom sales, customer service, or field sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to explain products, packages, and pricing clearly.
• Confident, persuasive, and target‑oriented personality.
• Good listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/monthly targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and data‑entry skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
