Call Center Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Call Center Sales Executive to join our Cowgenic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in call‑center sales and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Present and promote Cowgenic products/services to prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow‑ups professionally.
• Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center sales.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion, customer handling, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a target‑driven environment.
• Must be willing to work on‑site in Lahore.
