Call Center Sales Representative – US Campaign

About the role

Softvire is looking for a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join its US campaign team in Karachi. You will drive outbound B2B sales, helping businesses adopt Microsoft software solutions while working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Make outbound calls and send targeted email outreach to generate and qualify leads.
• Present, demo, and sell Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Office Home & Business, Windows & Server products.
• Build relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and other decision‑makers.
• Handle objections and tailor value‑based pitches to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow‑ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in software/IT.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, cloud services, or SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
