Call Centre Agent – Night Shift (English)

About the role

Join Qubik International’s Karachi team as a night‑shift Call Centre Agent. You will provide professional English‑language support to customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions while gaining valuable experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Accurately record customer details, interactions, and follow‑up actions in the system.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, attendance, and performance targets.
• Follow approved procedures, escalation guidelines, and service standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members during night shifts.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Customer‑focused attitude, patience, and professional behaviour.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate data‑entry capability.
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance for night‑shift work.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
